Budget Drainage was recommended to us when we had a blockage in our main sewer line. Rob responded immediately and was able to diagnose the problem. They located the problem areas with their cable camera and unfortunately they were at either ends of our back garden. Rob and his team utilized their pull-through technology to repair and replace the lines with minimal digging and no trenches through the property. They did and excellent job expediently and professionally with minimal disruption. They cleaned up, took away all the debris and restored the garden to look better than it had before the job. We were delighted.Thanks to Rob and his cheerful, hard-working team of workers. Will definitely recommend!

β β β β β Our house had big time drainage issues. It's an 85 year old house and the drainage had never been replaced or even repaired. The sewer pipe was backing up and the perimeter drainage was non existent. Rob and the team at Budget did a great job replacing everything and organizing the project around the weather. I felt they really listened to my concerns as a home owner and now I don't have to worry during the heavy rains.
It is great to find a honest contractors who have a keen interest in doing quality work. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

β β β β β Rob, Darrin, and Mike were extremely professional, quick, friendly and provided the best pricing. A day after I reached out to Budget Drainage, Rob came by and assessed the problem on the spot. By 9 am, Rob provided me a great estimate and said they could replace my waterline on the same day. By 10 am, three people in three trucks were in front of the house and the team started digging out a trench. By noon, the trench was dug out and a new 3/4 inch line was being laid down and run into the house. By 1pm, water from the new line was coming out of the taps through the new line. By 2 pm, Rob and his team were putting the lawn back together. The care that they put into their work was top notch. Darrin even put on shoe covers as he walked from the front door to the crawl space hatch. And Rob offered to check my sewer line to clear roots.

They did a major pipe re-routing for us, and it required significant work in the back yard and garage. Despite the scope of their work, the reconstruction was done so impeccably that you can't even tell they did any work. They were able to save/restore all our planted flowers and landscaping. Thank you for a great job. We are truly grateful. You will not regret working with Rob and his team.

β β β β β Budget Drainage showed up in our place due to our sump pump issues . After they review and did all inspection he mentioned you need control panel as well as replacement sump pump and cost you few thousand Dollars . After they started digging in very bad condition weather their estimate to $15000 and put us in situation only dealing with them . After three weeks the whole system was broken down and when we ask them fix with too much money you have already charged they brought another excuse and send us email this is only related to one old pump which we didnt change and if you want you must pay another $1500 . we are very disappointed . even when we checked their invoice we found out some material in their invoice are almost %60 to 70% more than market value they charged. In winter time still by paying so much money we are waitin for another company to fix that issue . We have all documents and pictures as proof and evidence in our place

β β β β β Really great crew that does more than drainage! We had Rob and the team inspect and upgrade our perimeter drainage. Similar to a previous review, they showed up promptly and started the job quickly. They kept me in the loop as the project progressed and were patient as I asked many many questions (and my 7 yr old asked Darren many more too!). After the drainage was flowing nicely, I asked Rob for recommendations on landscapers.. turns out they do hardscape work too. So back they came a few weeks later and gutted our whole front yard - we had a vision for the project and Rob and Darren helped us get to our unique design goals without excess spending or compromising quality. We've received numerous compliments on their work and a few of our neighbours have inquired about their services. And of course I've fully recommended them! This North Shore business has been around for many years and it's easy to understand why - great work, great people.

β β β β β Fast, affective and reasonable price. I got my outdoor pipe blocked by tree roots and could not fixed by spending $1200 on another service, Budget Drainage got it done in $500+. And the guys are nice. Although they might be in a rush while calling them, it is just because they focus on their work and did not hire any customer service people to increase their cost. Nice job.
