★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and promptly received a call back to set up an appointment to have a representative come by to assess needs and pick out our window coverings. The appointment was made fairly quickly.
Although I had an idea of what I wanted, I had no idea as to actually what was available. I would have appreciated knowing what other options (specifically hardware) and what the price implications of each model. I knew the colors I wanted and they certainly had lots of options that way.
The first part of the installation occured within 3 weeks. However unfortunately due to some error in ordering, supply shortage of the materials I had chosen and supply interruptions related to weather, the final installation was delayed .
There was an error in the sizing of one window covering. They corrected this with no arguments at their cost.
I am very happy with the window coverings, the professional friendly interactions with the installer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budget Blinds is definitely a five star company from beginning to end. A simple phone call is all it took to get the ball rolling in purchasing blinds for our home. From there an in house visit for measuring and choosing what would best fit the area. A few weeks after an order was placed and installer came and installed our new blinds. An excellent job in completing that. It took very little time, they look great and the price was right. All done from the convenience of our home.

The consult went very well. Riley knows his products!! The selection is enormous but he listens to what you are looking for. The time from order to install was quicker than their estimate.
We have a lake front home and we were looking for something “Lakey” or edgy/different. We found it! The picture does not do them justice. We are so pleased with all of our blinds throughout the house. Thank you Budget Blinds!

It looks so clean and nice and my husband says it makes the room look bigger. It suits the rooms we had them placed in. Our shutters didn’t take long to have them made and the install time was minimal. The staff was so nice and professional.
