★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant find anything good to say about this place..for such a "big" name Rona J&G absolutely disappointing. I ended up leaving my bought items with them because one person says I can return them without receipt and the next person says no sorry cant help you.. Nobody knows there. My bad for handing in my receipts at tax time. Guess I am SOL. Also the building layout is horrible.. Its like walking into a hoarders basement. Not inviting. I will stick with Home Depot or Home Hardware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not organized. Couldnt find items i had ordered and were told had come in. Chances are if you ask the staff questions you will feel like an inconvenience. Will not be purchasing items from there again.

He showed no interest in rushing that phone call to assist me (I was the only one in line) nor he called someone to do so. I do not know his name, he is a young guy with a beard. Finally, I was assisted by a nice gentleman there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience at Rona Brandon! It was early Monday morning and I was rushing to get some building supplies for our reno before work. I paid inside then went out to the yard where I met Stan and Tim. They were so amazing and polite… not at all what I expected driving into the lumber yard. I expected courteous… but these guys make you feel truly valued as a customer.
They made my rushed Monday morning errand a great start to my day. I asked for their names so I could make sure their bosses know that they have some pretty amazing people working for them.
