★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was their first customer the day they opened , and have spent hundreds there since then , I Bought a refill cartridge called tangerine dream 0.03 , and it wouldn't burn , I did everything your supposed to do kept it up right over night still nothing ?, then went there this morning to talk to them about it , and they were not able to do anything for me , even though they sold me a product that didn't work, so during COVID-19 that's 45 bucks wasted on meds that I couldn't access. Never again will I support this business

I understand this is they way this store is run, but common guys, pick a product and pick a price, I feel like I am being gouged every time I walk through the doors... just my opinion..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware. There are lower-priced outlets in town. You choose from a selection listed in a book. The THC levels of the product that you are purchasing may or may not reflect what is in the book according to them.
My suggestion is to drop the book and put a nenu up just like every other location has so it's easy to read. Keep your THC levels accurate instead of suggesting a range between 10 and 30% which is just sort of silly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a fan. Poor customer service. With all the selection of wonderful places in Airdrie, I would avoid this one.
I purchased a visibly faulty disposable Riff vape pen. When I opened the box there was dried up oil on the mouth piece, which is odd but I didn't think much of it. However, it only worked once then quit and I can see through the little window (where the oil is) that it's crystalized inside. I called, and was told too bad. It had been 2 weeks since the purchase and there was nothing they were willing to do, regardless of it still being visibly FULL and broken. They didn't even ask to see it before making the decision and even implied that I was trying to return a used/ empty device! Ouch! Admittedly, I don't use the pen often so it took a while to realize it was a dud and give up on it! However, I don't agree that 2 weeks for a return of an unused product is unreasonable.
