I recently had a problem with an item i had purchased from them. I called the shop and had a small chat with one of there employees about the issue I was having. She told me that unfortunately I'd have to talk with their manager but she wasn't going to be in until the following day. She said she would call me in the morning. We'll let me tell you, not only did I get a call at 9 am. She was briefed with the problem and had a solution ready to go. WOW!
When I'm in bracebridge, I'llstop in and say hey, what's good today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The running back and forth to 2 locations to get my product sucks when gas is a nightmare,and I understand some people ask lots 9f questions,,,,but at least have a line for rhe peeps that know ,or pre ordered!! To still have to wait 10-20 mins defeats ordering ahead !!!I don't know I think True north,has cheaper product from same suppliers!!!!??? So I spent $1000s to learn!!I' strike 3 your out in my books !!!!
