Beautiful environment. Well educated, helpful staff and great prices! My favorite shop in Red Deer! Whenever I'm travelling I always look for a Choom first, they cant be beat!

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. They were incredibly educated and helped me pick the right kind of cannabis I was looking for. They have a great variety here too and you are able to take a copy of their menu home. Will definitely be purchasing my cannabis here from now on.

I've been going here for a while and it used to be my favorite store in town but then I realized their prices are slightly higher. They recently renovated the store a bit and took away the nice paper menus to use tablets that are terribly interfaced, you can't sort by type of strains etc. Went from the best store in town to the worst.

Cool and friendly staff along with good selection to choose from. Prices seem a bit better than competition in town along with faster checkout so this company seems great to me. Prices are a complete joke, but they have no control over that. Its the billion dollar corps getting richer off the naivete of people still playing the idea a weed should cost 280/oz.

Opening its doors on Saturday February 16th, Clarity Cannabis will join Red Deers Recreational Marijuana Market! This is welcome news to many in the area, and Clarity is promising to provide top quality product, along with well knowledged "Bud-tenders". Hopefully prices are better than most other retail outlets, but that is expected, for the next year or two... Looking forward to checking this location out!

TLDR: Customers/Employees,please double check your orders and confirm your products are correct. My review is not all great but not all bad because I have been to this dispensary quite a few times, they are my regular shop, I have always preferred them, decent prices, great products, spacious and clean storefront and friendly and knowledgeable staff every time, and I will definitely be continuing to go support and recommend them. I'm honestly sorry to even complain because I really enjoy Choom as a whole but I feel what happened needed to be addressed just in case it happens again. My last experience from them wasn't as good and was disappointing and somewhat frustrating. The staff there was very nice and helpful that day but I had asked and paid for a specific product and then when I got home, realized I had been given one similar, only less than half the cost despite being charged for the other product that was twice the price. When I called it was treated as a casual mix up and I was told that if it was still sealed I could bring it back for an exchange, so I had to get someone to drive me back and fix their mistake in return for a couple lighthearted sorry's. While I totally understand mistakes happen, this was a pretty significant mistake and a huge inconvenience for me and I kind of feel like the staff did not take it very seriously. I only noticed because I had previously bought the other product and knew it was the wrong package, but someone less familiar would have easily opened it and potentially even used the wrong concentrate and then would have had to pay for something they didn't want. Please just be more mindful of the products you give people and make sure it's not the wrong thing and if it is, there should be some type of incentive or at the very least a sincere apology and recognition of the mistake so I feel more assured it won't happen again. Thank you for your great service otherwise and excellent product quality and I hope we can avoid any mix ups in the future!
