I was told my lashes were too little, repeatedly, as if I don’t already know how short they are. Sure, if I hadn’t had a lift done successfully multiple times, at both this place and others, then I might’ve believed they knew what they’re were talking about. But rather the fact that she couldn’t get my lashes to stick to the pad because she was making my eyes water (read: not very gentle), somehow was blamed on my lash length. She proceeded to suggest I come back in a few weeks, as if my lashes would miraculously become longer after being this length for 40 years. Even the senior tech gave me some bs reason for not going ahead with it. I understand she needs to support her staff, but blaming the client for something that has been proven to be untrue by that very salon isn’t a great business model. I won’t be returning.

They didn’t use base layer and they said the brand that they use has a base in it! After removed my polishes my nails were all red! Also price wise, I paid $90 not for a full mani and pedi! Just a speedy mani and paid which is very expensive compare to other places in the area. Definitely won’t recommend this place for mani and pedi.

I paid for a shellac colour change with a mani and it cost $70 and took a full hour. I've had better colour selection and speedier service for half the price at many more salons. That being said, the nails do look nice but the experience is not worth the price. Nothing about the salon is worth the luxury price.

There had been a small miscommunication with the scheduling (an email got lost) but the team went out of their way to accommodate us - very professional. Highly recommend!

The staff is lovely, the place is delightfully cute and cozy and I had one of the best pedicures of my life! I went alone but it seems like a great spot to bring a friend, Mom or sister, have a glass of wine and dish while you get pampered.
