When we first read the reviews, we were a bit concerned because they were mainly negative and discouraging almost. However, when we arrived late to the office, the receptionist was very accommodating, patient, understanding, and kind. Dr. Bryer and another doctor who performed a test for my daughter, were both super enthusiastic and helped calmed my daughter’s nerves in the situation. I would definitely recommend this location because of the welcoming environment they fostered and because of how friendly they all were! ????

He demonstrated lack of responsibility, as he arrived late. He demonstrated lack of respect and compassion to my needs during the test. In particular, Dr. Bryer lacked communication skills, he was impatient, hostile and derogatory. He demonstrated lack of respect, and was not sensitive to my physical and emotional needs during the test. Dr. Bryer demonstrated lack of sensitivity and responsiveness to my age and culture, moreover he was discriminatory.

He knew exactly what to do and acted fast unlike other neuro clinics. I'm really grateful. He's thorough, well experienced and well informed and very kind. His receptionist follows up and is always professional. Thank you both.

They don’t answer your calls, they don’t answer fax, they don’t see you when you go there, terrible! Please find another Neurologist for your needs.
S	Seth .Macfarlane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get the sense that Dr. Bryer is exceptionally knowledgable and experienced at his craft — If only there were any application of said knowledge. He is incredibly patronizing and condescending, and unless you’re on the literal brink of death, like with most practitioners in Ontario, you’re likely not to receive any form of substantive care or meaningful insight from him. I’d imagine most of his patients are left discontent with his apathetic demeanour, and the irreverence in which he tackles your medical concerns.
M	Mona M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been referred to this clinic over 3 weeks ago, I’ve tried to fax them over a dozen times and the receptionist claims to not receive the fax. I’ve tried calling several times and even left voice messages and I still haven’t got a call back. Yesterday I had to take time off work (again) to fix this situation for my elderly grandmother and still no success. The receptionist is extremely disrespectful, rude, lacks empathy and professionalism. She needs to be terminated immediately, I have never experienced such horrendous service like this in my life. Also, I will be reporting this clinic.

The receptionist has been giving me the run around to book an appointment for over 2 weeks after the hospital sent a Referal to the office. I had to physically go to the office myself to hand deliver the Referal papers after 2 weeks of the receptionist claiming she didn’t receive it from the hospital, and she still didn’t accept the Referal. This is the second time I’ve been to this clinic and after the horrible experience with him the first time I thought to give him another chance but the Filipino receptionist was the last straw. They need to be reported and lose their license. STAY AWAY

He was engaged and engaging throughout, and I appreciate his forthcoming manner as he explained the reason for the various procedures, and the information he gleaned.
