★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seeing how different my friends lives are with different management at their condos, really made me appreciate how good (I guess) BPM is. Not sure what to expect from a property management company but, my condo causes me no stress, i guess that's the best metric.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with this company was a living nightmare. Took them around 2 months to figure out a fix to our hot water tank. Does not want or care about constant noise pollution. Does not care about the health of the tenants who live in their condos. Our once nice and quiet home has became extremely run down. These people do not care one bit. The only thing they apparently know what to do is mow all the grass and collect our condo fees, disregarding every other problem. I am very disgusted with their business and wouldn't even let my worst enemy live in a place "managed" by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing this review because my relationship with Brydges started rocky with me upset at the time it was taking to get my issues resolved. However, after reaching out to Brydges, they were continuously respectful, and prompt when dealing with me. And although my issue wasn't resolved as quickly as I would have liked, I didn't mind because working with Brydges was an actual pleasure (something ironic to say about a property management company) and I knew the entire time how hard they were working for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you sell they charge ridiculous document fees that no other condo Corp charges. Sold our unit and condo fees are still being taken from our account. When we tried to deal with the manager to retrieve our funds we were basically told good luck and that it wasn’t Brydges problem. Very unprofessional company over the years. Anything that is even remotely outside of the scope of menial business is seen as a chore for them.
Do not recommend, please use another company
