Cool park on the water and cool graffiti to check out as well. Nice place to walk without many people around most don't even know it exists.

Final Piece of the Missing Link In Progress This rather isolated park is being linked up with the Central Valley Greenway/Brunette-Fraser Regional Greenway and the BC Parkway. This new route is flat compared to the old route through East Columbia Street. \ The new connection is a work in progress by MetroVancouver and is part of the pumping station replacement project. This end of the trail begins on the Cumberland St wooden bridge and heads upriver in a northeasterly direction until exits on Spruce Street. Then using, Edworthy, Capilano Way , Canfor Ave, one can connect with the newly completed Braid Street off-street bike route towards Braid Station and the Central Greenway.

A scenic 15-20 minute walking trail by the river. It is not actually accessible on foot from Front St or Columbia. Google maps does not do a good job of guiding you if you're walking - it will try to take you on the train tracks or the road that has no room for pedestrians. Instead, approach from Cumberland St. There is some limited parking though.

Incredable the recent number of bike trail networks here in the lower mainland.I have heard from many visiters from other countries that these are the best they have ever encountered.World class.I agree ,and enjoy them and appreciate them.GVRD.Good job Thanks.

Interesting urban linear park. Follows the Fraser from Sapperton west to just about the railway bridge by the Pattullo bridge. Long term plans are to join it in the west to river front portion downtown and to the east trails following the Brunette towards Burnaby Lake. A mix of urban noise and activity on the side away from the river and the peace and nature on the riverside. Saw a seal and a family of Canada Geese complete with goslings.

It is a beautiful place for afternoon walk, what I like there is that you can watch all kind of transportation from this place. Everyday traffic on road and bridge, sky train, trains and flights. Wonderful waterbody along the walking loop. Common birds in this area . This place hold a lot character in it. I may add more photos later.
