★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the onset of the pandemic, the company I worked for was faced with extreme immigration difficulties and project setbacks. Upon finding Brum Immigration, we were skeptical if one immigration consulting firm was going to be able to pull off a miracle at an impossible time. Renata showed up and never stopped showing up for us. She went out of her way to learn our company, industry, nuances, plus each of our employees one by one, all while she was fighting for so many others faced with the same challenges! She never made us feel like a number and was always responsive and was available whenever we needed her. We had never had legal support in the way she provided. Renata and her team continuously kept us updated on current governmental changes so we could properly prepare our team and successfully execute these critical project milestones. Brum Immigration helped the company to bring temporary workers to Canada during the pandemic and was able to successfully reverse some of the quarantine orders and get the workers back on site within a few days. None of it would have been possible without her expertise and endless support. She always went the extra mile to ensure each of our travelers successfully made it to their destination, and if not, she was there to fix it. Should Renata ever not be available, she has a wonderful staff that is working alongside her that is equipped with all the same knowledge to ensure your business is moving forward.

For that, and for over a year, I worked with Renata who has been monumental to me throughout the entire process. She provided the guidance I needed, whether it was small endeavour such as follow up emails and suggestions, to more significant involvement such as walking me through my application step by step.
