★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg! Their service sucks so much!! Seriously they should come up with another system! They should have IRCC visa office in each different city. To get your visa you cannot have your passport mailed to Ottawa while you are in Vancouver?? How irrational is their service!! Such a huge disappointment, there’s such a long time I’ve applied 2-3 months ago, still waiting. We paid for the application, it’s not like we’re telling you to do it for free! Such low performance, takes forever! I really feel they should shut these ones down and come up with new automated services or have each city or region have their own everything in the same place service. Can’t be like this!! Gets on the nerves of everyone! Can’t even reach out to them on a proper phone call, every time it keep saying high volumes of calls, hire new staffs then! Or it makes you wait so much that even your phone battery’s all drained out! Their customer service is so -0. Pff! Didn’t wanted to rate you guys even 1 star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been waiting for PR card renewal for 3 YEARS. It's just a renewal, and not a new application. Every ID is expired and nearly expired including HEALTH CARD with no option or no documents to renew them. Not to mention, no ability to accept job offers because a background check is required which we cannot do due to lack of valid documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why is it that people who apply for citizenship in 2021 have already received their oaths before the people who applies in 2019/2020??!! Completely unacceptable, I've been stuck for two years now. I want this over and done with so I can live my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YappityYappaYappa. All robot talk on phone, no service at all. Come on Canada we can do better! We have a ton of educated people out there who need jobs, you could hire to actually help people who need it pronto.
Is our own important Canadian services making cuts again when we claim billions of dollars for new services? Don’t overlook, Fix this one.
All we wanna do is- bang bang-cling- and take your money$ ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting for more than 6 months and still not be able to get my PR card and they said my card was returned to Processing Center as undeliverable package (no idea why cuz i'm still living in the same address since I started applying my EE). and big question is why couldn't IRCC give me a call or note on this after the failed attempt????. And now after 5 months I updated my mailing address again and still waiting for my first card. My SIN number is gonna expired soon and they have no idea when i will be able to get my card. Seriously i don't understand why resend the card will take that much time. Most of my friends who got eCOPR after me all got their PR cards after 2 -3 weeks and it took me 6 months already and they still can't prioritize my case. This is intolerable. I'm very disappointed with your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible services. I really appreciate you that you guys are working hard to prove yourself nowdays. Do you think is it right? Someone submitted their SOWP file December 2021 and got their final decision in these days, however who were submitted their files on last week of September ( like 26Sept) 2021, didn't get any decisions.It's totally injustice and partially with them and gave us heart broken fellings. My 2year old daughter is looking for her mom when she will meet her. So, I don't know this developed country worked like this and proving their limitations. So, please its a kindly request to you do it right way and systematically otherwise it would be lead to negativity in relationships.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IRCC is playing with the time of money of students. Due to delays and random applications processing, students have to defer 2, 3 times. Colleges have their own deadlines and IRCC delays applications. Students loose their time and money. Worst grievance addressal system. If you can't process applications just stop taking new

I got a approved for PR with a PR confirmation letter , they reviewed my photo for almost 10 month now ,I still didn’t get my actual card ,now the confirmation letter will expired in two month and I’ve been sending emails to them multiple times ! I don’t know what took them 10 month and still fails to make an actual card?
What can I do now ? Should I quit my job and leave ? No answer,no feedback,no further instructions! My SIN will be expired soon , my insurance and everything, what’s now?
I then went to the actual office in downtown and they said they are not the same department with the one that will make my card so there is nothing they could do .they gave me a phone number which I already been calling everyday .I said nobody ever answer.They then said that you go to the nearby camera store to get a picture then they will help me update the picture on my file so the other department will probably process it faster??????I did that as soon as I could and come back hand over the photo.
It’s been two weeks now and I looked into my status ,the photo is still in review…… what a joke ! Such a shame of this system !
