★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire accueil jamais vécu / worst greeting ever. Il faut remédier à la dame qui acceuille les gens (premier bureau à gauche); soit la former, soit la remplacer, car elle-même n'aime pas son travail, et elle l'a rapidement prouvé.
Je me suis adressé à cette personne à mon arrivée; elle me réponds de patienter sans me donner plus d'informations. Je suis resté 15minutes assis à côté de son bureau, alors qu'elle visionnait des vidéos (de pasteurs fesant des exorcismes..) sur youtube. Je me suis alors dit: "elle doit être en pause, mais c'est bizarre, elle n'a informé personne de ma présence.."
C'est lorsque ses superieurs sont sortis de leur bureau que j'ai compris: elle a alors rapidement fermé la fenêtre youtube sur son ordinateur, puis encore quelques minutes après elle s'adresse à moi en me demandant: "vous ètes ici pour quoi?".
Aucun professionalisme, manque de courtoisie, et attitude d'adolescente. Bref, l'APO mérite mieux que ça.
Je suis prêt à retirer cet review seulement si cette personne ne fait plus partie de l'APO, car elle ruine toute l'image et le travail fait par ses collègues. Alors pour le bien de l'association, vous devriez vraiment considérer sa démission.
Worst greeting ever. We must remedy the lady who welcomes people (first office on the left); either train her or replace her, because she herself doesn't like her job, and she quickly proved it.
I spoke to this person when I arrived; she tells me to be patient without giving me more information. I sat next to her desk for 15 minutes, while she watched videos (of pastors doing exorcisms ..) on youtube. I thought to myself: "she must be on a break, but it's weird, she hasn't informed anyone of my presence .."
It was when her superiors left their office that I understood: she then quickly closed the youtube window on her computer, then a few minutes later she addressed me asking me: "what are you here for? ? ".
No professionalism, lack of courtesy, and teenage attitude. In short, the APO deserves better than that.
I am ready to withdraw this review only if this person is no longer part of the APO, because it ruins all the image and the work done by his colleagues. So for the good of the association, you should really consider his resignation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est un organisme qui a vocation d'aider les nouveaux arrivants à s'intégrer dans la vie active dans la région de l'Outaouais. J'ai eu la chance d'y être et de bénéficier de ces services. J'ai été très bien accueilli pour ma première fois dans leurs locaux et après je recevais fréquemment des appels pour des propositions de logements et aides diverses. Aujourd'hui, je suis très bien installé avec mon premier fils et j'attends madame et mon autre fils qui doivent arriver très très bientôt. Merci APO et bonne continuation!!!
It is an organization that aims to help newcomers integrate into working life in the Outaouais region. I was lucky to be there and to benefit from these services. I was very well received for my first time in their premises and afterwards I frequently received calls for housing proposals and various aids. Today, I am very well installed with my first son and I am expecting Madame and my other son who must arrive very very soon. Thank you APO and good luck !!!
