★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faro is my favorite café in Montreal. The coffee is consistently amazing, tastes fresh and is always prepared just to my liking. Brownies are out of this world. Pastries are also fresh and taste incredible. The vibe is great, music is always mellow and smooth and there’s no need for headphones to focus on your reading as the café is almost always so, so quiet! Wonderful place!

Just don't try their chocolate or matcha latte.
I sometimes like to get something other than coffee in a coffee shop but well, this is just not the place for that. The chocolate is straight from a carton of chocolate milk which you can buy for a much cheaper price. I am just surprised but maybe it is how most cafe do it? I was just hoping a bit more with that price, maybe some marshmallow?
Matcha latte was taste like milk with water and you can tell what's wrong with it if you ever tried.
But coffee is good. Just order what you are supposed to order in a coffee shop.

Quality coffee and fresh bakery goods. Fairly pleasant people considering the constant flow of people.
Only complaint, like in most coffee places, when you want cream for the coffee, they always pour way too much. They refuse to provide it on the side. More stupid QC government rules?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience was typical of a cafe. Full of coffee aroma, people chattering and some working or studying on their laptop. I ordered a quiche and a latte. Latte was well balanced with mild espresso aroma and milk flavor. The quiche had buttery crust and aromatic eggs flavors. I would love to come here everyday to start my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A roasting house serving up a delicious tasting specialty coffee and pastries. The almond croissant is one of the best I have ever had. The baristas are friendly and engaging. A clean and quiet cafe with plenty of space to sit with an option to sit outside as well. Enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricey coffee but good ambiance to study or work. Blondie was very good and caramel iced latte as well. The waiter warned me that the caramel macchiato would not be like at starbucks and I tried it anyways but i personally prefer colombus' caramel macchiato. Very pretty pictures on the wall and lively plants.
