G	Genevieve Desjardins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great ride with Mike who took us to see bears, eagles and seals. We even saw a pod of orcas, which was amazing! The boat is quite convenient for kids/families and our daughter loved seeing a bear cub.

We had one of the smoothest rides out to hotsprings cove with a quick whale-tail spotting, cutest sea-otter raft experience and even managed to avoid the crowds at the hotsprings! Would recommend!

We saw 3 black bears including a mother, seals and eagles. ?? ? Lynn is a great guide! She is simply passionate about animals and wildlife. She is patient to answer all questions and excellent to explain this beautiful region where she grew up. Just to give an idea, even without clients, she often spends her days off on her boat watching the animals! It says a lot! In short with Lynn you are in good hands! The tour was great on a sunny day and I recommend the small boat. It was more intimate, personalized and we felt VIP ?? ??? Quelle belle balade !!! Nous sommes allés sur leur plus petit bateau avec la fille du propriétaire, Lynn et quel beau moment! Nous avons vu 3 ours noirs dont une maman, des phoques et des aigles. ??? Lynn est une super guide! Elle est tout simplement passionnée des animaux et de la faune sauvage. Elle est patiente pour répondre à toutes les questions et excellente pour expliquer cette belle région où elle a grandit. Juste pour donner une idée, même sans clients, elle passe souvent ses journées de congé sur son bateau à observer les animaux! Ça en dit long! Bref avec Lynn vous êtes entre bonnes mains! Le tour était super et je vous recommande le petit bateau. C'était plus intime, personnalisé et on se sentait VIP! ??

After this they stopped responding to e-mails and I ended up having to go through my bank to get the money back. I enjoyed the tour itself but they clearly can't be trusted where money is concerned. (And they appear to have tried to get rid of this review when I first posted it, by removing themelves from Google Maps and then getting added again ?)
