★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuel dock and marina services right by the canal beside Chaffey Lock. Also a store, up the stairs and a short distance across the street with a variety of products for sale. The store has a rarity along the Rideau..... an LCBO as part of the store! Friendly helpful sales staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guess the owner is too busy for new customers. made many attempts to have a conversation with Dave but never got a response. Based on this poor initial service, I would Not purchase a new boat from this place.
Edit: after leaving a 1 star review, Dave contacted me explaining he is overwhelmed and had to prioritize where he spent his time. it is partially understandable but that email he wrote could have been better suited for making a sale IMO. This is not to say this is a bad marina, but my personal experience so far haven't been top notch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best customer service experience--hands down. Dave not only delivered my boat, but spent significant time with me teaching how to operate and dock my boat. Dave was extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional and kind. It is his busiest time of year but he left no detail unexplained for me. I appreciate this so much--thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marina store had a great variety of products. We made several visits to stock up on ice cream and fuel as we traveled through the Rideau. Very friendly and pretended that my docking skills were better than they were!
