★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice trail and the trail-head is currently blocked at Dundas Street due to construction activities for widening Dundas Street. It is a good spot for mountain biking and also suitable for all skill levels.
It gets muddy at some spots (especially after rains or storms), but you also can see many frogs and snails, which is nice.
If you're going for a walk, you need to watch out for bikers cause they might not warn you when they get close to you.
