After being for a long time in financial disorder, completely stressed and worried out, we heard about Bromwich+Smith throughout friends. First we had been very skeptical and unsure about getting in contact with them, after we did we felt released and looked forward into our future. They provide not only lots of knowledgeable information, they also make you feel better, and understand your situation. No harsh words or the feeling of being a irresponsible person not able to manage your finances yourself, they help a lot, give you options to handle the situation and guide you through the process. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like anyone else in my position I was terrified to even call and talk about my debt problems that we’re keeping me up at night. But let me tell you I am so glad I did and wished I would have sooner!! Thanks to Kirk who initially took my call and took his time with me answering any question I had and explained this process in great detail with absolute comfort and no judgement. Just after talking with kirk even though my process hadn’t begun I was already sooooo relieved and felt like the biggest weight was lifted from my shoulders (slept like a baby that very night). They got me into an apt immediately with one of their insolvency trustees his name was Andrew and again he was amazing, took his time with me made me feel super comfortable and non judged. Explained the entire process again in great detail! I highly recommend Bromwich+smith! Very friendly make you feel like home people their! Thank you so much again Kirk and Andrew ?

I finally heard back from Sagar who sent me a message with a number to call (I’ll add that my work schedule is hectic so I can rarely answer the phone during work hours), so I tried calling...no answer. He sends me a text a week later to set up a phone appointment for us to talk about my situation, so I was able to make time on a Monday at 10am. Monday rolls around, I wait around all day...no phone call. Haven’t heard from them since. Really committed to helping people ? Guess I wasn’t in a bad enough spot for Sagar to think I needed help, even though I could pretty much lose everything. Thanks a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I made the decision that I was drowning in debt due to personal problems with my employment. I had tried to do the regular outlet of going to my financial institution. As this did not come out with the desired effect. I contact a friend who help me look at different option. On Monday morning at 8 am I made the call to Bromwich and Smith's toll free number. I was greet sincerely and explained my situation. Colin listened to my story. He thanked me for trusting him and the company with my situation. This phone call lasted 90 minutes with getting all the pertinent information gather. He told me who my Trustee would be and the next step was to get the video conference appointment working prior to meeting my Trustee. There were some hurdles on my side but all was good.
My trustee helped with all the necessary paperwork.
I feel I have a team of experts helping me navigate a new beginning.
I highly recommend Bromwich and Smith Inc.
