After signing up with Buckley insurance I left very satisfied and with a clear knowledge of everything I recieved from my representative. Kyle Wells was very helpful in explaining details of my insurance and followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the service he provided! He made me feel very comfortable and was super patient with me! I would highly recommend Buckley insurance!

My Home and Auto policy was to renew on November 1, 2020. I had not seen a charge to my credit card by the end of November and checked Intact's website and determined I was uninsured. After a few phone calls I was able to determine the insurance had been cancelled for non-payment, even though they had the correct credit card details. I spoke with the agent who was unable to explain why I had not been notified of the cancellation. I had the agent process a manual payment - but continued to get "final notices" from Intact for two weeks after the manual payment. I also discovered that Intact appears to have some sort of ownership relationship which likely precludes the broker from seeking better pricing. The statement reads "Your brokerage has common ownership with Intact Insurance:" Since Buckley was taken over by Brokerlink things have gone downhill.

I recently became a Buckley client and I am more than satisfied with the friendly, informative and professional service provided by Amanda L. For 2 months, I have been trying to determine if a new policy with a new company would be the right option for me. I must have asked Amanda 500 questions. She was patient and polite through it all. She made me feel valued. Amanda explained and made sure that I understood all of my options. She made me feel valued. If everyone at Buckley is like her, then I am lucky to have found this company. She is the reason auto insurance does not scare me anymore.

I used to have a great broker and was a satisfied customer for years but have since been dealing with someone who has provided me with terrible options and information generally. After overpaying massively (atleast 40% more than comparable plans) for car insurance I am switching providers and will never use Buckley again! Terrible customer service, difficult to get in touch with, also generally just unpleasant to talk to.

I am so pleased I called Buckley Insurance Brokers. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, found a policy that was half as much as a previous one, and had a sense of humor. We got along famously and she had me on the road almost instantly. I will definitely recommend them.

I highly appreciate your kindness and prompt response, if you didn't help I would have surely gone to another Insurance broker. No doubt you have a great patience and surely you are an asset to your company ??. Keep up the good work and continue to rock !!. I am very much impressed with your confidence level. You are very friendly and caring. You very well understand the customer needs and save a lot of time. I will surely recommend you to my friends and relatives if they are looking for insurance. This has got to be the worst organization I have ever had to deal with. I notified them well in advance of our move to a new home. It's been well over 2 months and still don't have new pink slips for my vehicle and no policy for my home insurance. Sure some of the ladies I've spoken to have been pleasant but do any of them actually get any work done? I also work in the insurance industry and would NEVER treat my customers like this. . Stay far away from this organization. If I could give them a negative score I would.

Can't be bothered to wait in line on the phone to resolve issues. My time is worth more than they think. They were such a good business when operating as Buckley Insurance. Now that they are Brokerlink, money comes ahead of the person. No more renewals with Brokerlink.
