I naturally contacted my insurance company immediately and ask them to remove that vehicle from the policy. Now, two month later, I'm still paying for both vehicles , as the company is so far behind in processing requests. I spoke with my Insurance broker Pam to express my concern and she showed absolutely no empathy towards my situation. Over the last two month I have paid slightly over $200 dollars, in which I wasn't expecting, that has now put my account into overdraft. She basically told me this could go on for several more months and she's done all that she can. If I am to put a stop payment on the company I will have a blemish on my record. If I cancel the policy, I will get penalized for cancelling mid term. And, I will not be reimbursed after the company is caught up with processing but the money will come off my premium for the year, which does not help me now at all with the Holidays right around the corner. In my opinion the service is very unprofessional. All Pam did was pass the blame on to the insurance provider, she did not once apologize to me for the circumstances or try in any way to help resolve the issue for me. She used a very rude tone and was very unsympathetic. Very poor customer service.
