★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll say this only once...if you have a car and do not have a BCAA membership then you must immediately go and get one as it is far and wide the best peace of mind investment a car owner could ever have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is where my family doctor's practice is . It's fairly convenient loc. with free parking on some surrounding streets,mostly professional offices in the tower ,drs. dentist health centre ,chiropractors etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy access. Underground parking is available but not free. Elevator is unable to access from parking lot to main floor during weekend, but stairs. No public restroom available. Couple small business suites are located outside the main floor. Located at the intersection of streets. Bus stops available in short walking distance.
