★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lam and the rest of the staff at Broadway Family Dental Centre made an ongoing nervous experience for me very pleasant and calming. The care and time put into my regular cleaning/checkup made me feel well taken care of. The office is new and clean. The lady at reception was amazing. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

All questions and concerns are always answered pleasantly and with lots of information. They also help you deal with your insurance limitations, which is very helpful. Thanks for all the good dental experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit was a pleasant one. Met with helpful and nice staff. From Jane to the dental hygienist and Dr. Lam himself. Dr. Lam displayed a wealth of knowledge and was transparent when communicating with me. He took the time to sit down and answer any questions and concerns I had. I sensed he was looking out for my best interest. I highly recommend this place as it's been my best experience at the dentist. I'll be back. =)

Very patient, knowledgeable, and will guide you through the process step by step to make sure you understand everything. Love his approach to educate his patients to prevent dental issues in the future instead of waiting for them to happen. Lastly, giving students 20 percent off the entire bill is very kind. Definitely looking forward to my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family has been with Dr Peter Lam since 2012 and he is an amazing dentist. He is especially patient with children, and my kids have no anxiety whenever they are scheduled for their visit. My little one would sit back and Dr Lam would calmly and playfully explain what is going on.
Dr Lam always take time to share his expertise and recommend what is required. He is big on oral hygiene and is especially big on flossing techniques. He once took 10 mins to demonstrate the intricacies of flossing, showing the different finger wrap methods to get inside the deepest crevices. That was quite a lesson.
His new office is across from Kingsgate mall on Broadway. It is beautifully renovated, has impressive technology, and the location has lots of parking all around. All the best Dr Peter Lam!
