Once deciding to make a official offer we found out the process had been started and would appear in court the following day. With out batting a eye Brittany prepared all necessary documents, rearranged her schedule to get the offer in. With having two offers the crown they told each of us to come back with a second,final and best offer. With Brittanys infinite knowledge as a realtor she made tactful suggestion on the offer we needed to make.
