When first challenged with the daunting task of choosing a property manager to care for our investment, I was referred to Redline REG by a current user. I had looked at several and also read reviews both good and bad of many. I chose to work with RREG and my experiences to date have been quite favorable. The experience that sticks out in my mind was while on vacation in south USA and watching the floods ravage the downtown river corridor, I witnessed the street my property is on being broadcast on the news. I immediately called Redline property manager to discuss what I needed to do. I was told that everything was in control and to not worry about a thing. I asked if I should be heading back to Calgary to assist in any way, shape or form and was told that I pay for a service and I should rely on that service, and I did. I spent the rest of my family vacation wondering if all would be handled as stated and when I returned from USA, I stopped overnight and dropped into the office unexpectedly to discuss status of my property. I was shown some pictures, and documents on clean-up and repairs, etc. I then felt quite relaxed that what was told to me over the phone was indeed exactly what happened during the past weeks. I felt secure in knowing they were handling my property with the same care and attention I would have done (perhaps slightly more). My tenant was well communicated with and was happy as far as I could tell. All in all, very stand up company and personal proven track record from a very trying time in Calgary. I will continue to use them for future requests for services. Have purchased a house using another line of services offered under the group, so my comfort level is extremely high using Redline Real Estate Group!

We dealt with Redline Real Estate to rent our first apartment as tenants, and primarily corresponded with an awesome leasing agent named Joanna. She was prompt, very easy to get along with, and able to answer any and all questions we had for her. She was very thorough when carrying out the unit's inspection before moving in. In addition, she was also very accommodating to our specific concerns, so overall, we've had a very positive experience with Redline so far. We're still very early into our lease but so far, so good. There are still a couple maintenance requests from the initial inspection that have yet to be acted on, but submitting new requests seems like an easy process thanks to their online tenant portal. Really liking Redline so far!

I have had the pleasure of watching this company from the day it started and the progression Redline has made through out the years. Darren and Brett founded this company over 10 years ago. They started with a dream. Two people, one a broker the other a realtor have worked hard and like all new businesses there were challenges, neither one of these individuals came from a history of knowledge in real estate however they were willing to work hard and learn. I watched them closely as the years progressed and like all new entrepreneurs they didn't always get it right. What I admire about them is that they continued to work hard, their "never give up" attitude and their heartfealt desire to provide a very personal touch to their clients would set them apart and as I read through the reviews they have proof of concept. The greatest majority of those are very positive experiences and people have been recommending Redline to family and friends. Has it all been roses, no. However I have noticed a trend, most of those who were not happy seemed to be 2 -4 years ago. When I read the recent reviews it shows me that Darren, Brett and the Redline team have taken those comments to heart and have made some changes that have resulted in a much better experience. That tells me that the folks at Redline care and strive to be the best at what they do. I have watched this company change and progress to be on the cutting edge and am extremely proud of what they have accomplished in such a relatively short time. Redline has been managing my property since 2010. Redline has grown overtime and now provide a wide range of services. Thus far, I have used their mortgage and rental services and am very happy. I have always found them to be very professional, courteous, thorough and reliable in their business. They have done their utmost efforts to resolve the odd issues with tenants, etc. in the most efficient and professional way. They are only a phone call away if one needs them. The tenant replacement has always been very quick and of top quality. Reliable, competitive and service oriented company describes them well.

Dawn Wheeler left a crack house that she owned fall to pieces and the neighbors were the ones boarding up the doors and picking up the needles. 100% not recommended.

Once Redline infiltrates your neighborhood, its time to move out. They buy homes and then rent them out to what is commonly referred to as “Neighbors from Hell’. They don’t care about complaints, they don’t care about property theft rates going up… They. Don’t. Care. As long as that rent money keeps coming in. Should you ever find yourself with the Cancer of Redline Property Management in your neighborhood, get ready for a long painful battle to reclaim your neighborhood from the rot that will inevitably set in.
