Leur technicien sont incapable de réparer le système et le boss Luc rhéaume ne fait que me compiler des facture. Je déconseille totalement de faire à faire avec cette entreprise.j aurais préféré donner 0 à cette evaluation
Installing a wall-mounted heat pump by a heater in 2011, in 2019 nothing works. Their technician is unable to fix the system and the boss Luc Rhéaume only compiles me with bills. I totally advise against doing business with this company. I would have preferred to give 0 to this evaluation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait appel à l'entreprise Brindamour Ventilation lorsque mon climatiseur a fait défaut. Je voulais aussi faire faire l'entretien de mon climatiseur. Comme ils étaient débordés de travail, ils m'ont proposé de venir d'abord réparer le climatiseur et de revenir un peu plus tard pour faire faire l'entretien. Ils sont venus faire la réparation le jour même de mon appel et ont corrigé le problème rapidement. Puis, une semaine plus tard, ils sont revenus pour faire l'entretien de l'appareil, sans que je doive les rappeler moi-même. Je suis vraiment satisfaite de leur travail et je les recommande chaudement. À l'avenir, je ferai toujours affaire avec eux. Ils sont très professionnels.
I called Brindamour Ventilation when my air conditioner failed. I also wanted to have my air conditioner serviced. Since they were overworked, they offered to come and fix the air conditioner first and come back later to have it serviced. They came to repair the same day of my call and quickly fixed the problem. Then, a week later, they came back to service the device, without having to call them back myself. I am really satisfied with their work and I highly recommend them. In the future, I will always do business with them. They are very professional.
