He has an excellent checklist that he uses and goes through it every month and notes status. There was some outdoor construction also going on and Lance kept us informed with photographs and status reports that helped us give our Condo Management Company a well needed push to keep moving things forward. In addition, we have had some long standing problems that Lance is helping us address. His expertise in heating systems and ductwork has been invaluable. He has also been proactive in identifying some other things we can do for efficiency. We have recommended Brightside Mechanical to friends who are in need of periodic checks and they too have been satisfied. Plus he is just a super nice guy with a can do attitude. What more can you ask? Competence and a friendly approach.
