The staff are amazing, very welcoming, friendly however professional and so hard working. They truly care about the children and do their best to provide quality programming. The Director Dawn, builds strong relationships with the children, families and staff. She makes it a fun place to be and values everyone who walks through the doors of the daycare every day!

I brought my son to BrightPath West Henday with the hope that their structured curriculum and routine would be an environment he would strive in and better prepare him for kindergarten next year. It has only been a few months but this program has been leaps and bounds above any other. The teachers and director are very helpful and supportive and the facility is beautiful. Not only is the outdoor play space amazing, there is also an indoor gymnasium to help keep the kids active. The meals provided are homemade and follow a balanced healthy diet. My son comes home everyday proud of the art he created and the fun he had. I understand the cost of this program might be daunting for some, but it is worth every penny. I highly recommend BrightPath West Henday.

The teachers/educators are highly qualified and engaging and the administration is always positive and approachable. We think the curriculum is amazing in preparing our daughter for school she is constantly coming home and 'teaching' us or asking more questions about what they learned during the day. That being said there is plenty of play time as well for her to burn energy and interact with the other children. The facility is very safe and clean feeling. I have and would recommend BrightPath and specifically this location to friends and family. They make us feel like family!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff always respond to my questions and concerns right away, always with quick replies and solutions. I’m always feel reassured that my kids are in a healthy and safe environment. Their healthy and yummy snacks and lunches are hits with my picky little eaters. The lessons and education that my kids have learned is exceptional and age appropriate. Our kids have been attending for combined of 5 years and I have never felt more comfortable leaving my kids in their more than capable hands. It will be a sad move once their service is no longer needed but I’ve built great friendships with staff and other parents that will last a lifetime.

My daughters favourite part of her day is learning. The education program is excellent. The facility is always clean and well maintained. Safety is a priority. The food schedule is published in advance and well prepared. Excellent communication, along with quickly adapting to a changing environment ie. COVID. This facility is great at looking forward and making changes whether facility related, activities for children or the curriculum. As a result, I highly recommend bright paths west henday!

This attention to detail caries though every aspect of the center. Security, food, communication, developmental activities, it’s all top notch. When something isn't quite right I've noticed it’s resolved before my parental spider senses feel the need to even bring it up. The staff (everyone, cleaners all the way to the director) are truly fantastic, There is a notable positive atmosphere and kids come first.

Team members appear engaged and make an effort to connect with the parents as well as the kids. We are happy with our decision to have our kids attend the West Henday BrightPath location and we continue to recommend to all our friends.

The friendly and kind staff have eased this difficult transition and supported my son every step of the way. Everyone knows my son’s name and they are always happy to see him. The communication via the app is comprehensive and allows me to enrich his learning at home. I also love to be able to see what he is doing all day. Any issues we’ve brought forward have been quickly resolved and feedback has always been welcomed. I feel like the staff really know and care about my son, and that’s what matters to me.
