N	Nadia Elzein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and gel nails ever! I will tell you one thing about this place they are probably the worst nail salon in Edmonton!!! Don’t ever go here . I did my nails only a week ago and the gel is not even cured or dry , I go back there today and they would not even fix their mistake ... all they said is that they will charge me for their mistake. Not only is the gel peeling the Chrome is as well. The owner has the audacity to tell me that I have To pay before even doing the service. I ended up leaving because they are not worth the headache . Talk about the worst customer service . Yes BINHS nails is the worst service and quality ever!
J	J R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with a nail tech ever! I have very brittle nails so I got acrylic nails until my real nails grew out. I planned on removing the acrylic and getting a clear gel top coat so the nails were strong. I went to Binhs Nails and I told the nail tech I wanted the old acrylic and tips off, keep the nails long, and get a clear gel top coat. The nail tech was very rough with me. She stabbed me multiple times with the clippers. When trying to get the old tips off, she dug a nail under my actual nail multiple times. She cut my nails very short and put clear polish on top. Complete waste of my time and money. She didn't even file my nails nice. Fml
K	Kristi Na on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am tired of being unprofessional asia nail salon. How they can work? Staff are unprofessional and zero understanding about nails. They work with dirty tools. I asked to do acrylic refill and add shellac colour. Worker refilled acrylic powder ( one lost after 1 week), then add regular nail polish (I asked few times shellac) and additional top coat. That's all. She didn't undestand english. Another lady made pedicure. It tooks 10 min. It wasn't pedicure it was scrub and nail polish. $ 35 for 10 min pedicure, and $ 40 for unprofessional acrylic refill. Total $78 for nothing. Don't waste your time and money!

The nails look the complete opposite to what I wanted, also, although I asked for gems I recieved none. Additionally, the customer service was not there for me. Would not recommend and wont be coming back.
C	Chelsea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called I spoke to the manager at 10 AM I booked an appointment for 12 PM I stated on the phone that I was very picky about my shape and that can I please have someone if they’re available that is really good she assured me everyone is very good here and don’t worry you’re good. I arrived at 12 PM the lady could not do the nails I wanted so they asked me to come back later on after I drove there i booked an appointment.. Then argued with me continuously how I was in the wrong and she didn’t have that conversation with me which I have a camera in my vehicle it was recorded of me booking the appointment lol. they continuously said we only like to see our regulars our clients that come in here. Worst experience poor customer service won’t be back.. Judging by the reviews this happens to quite a few people

Everytime I call to book or even just drop by without an appointment they always get me in. My main nail tech has even stayed late after hours just to make sure I can get my nails done for when I need. My nails and pedicure are always done exactly how I want and always look fantastic! I have referred a lot of my friends who now go there as well needless to say I have nothing but great things to say about this Binh's.
S	Stacey Cole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My only problem with my appointment was, for one it was for 2pm and never got seated till 3pm. If I make an appointment I want the time I made the appointment for. We got bumped because at 1:30 2 ladies came for a Mani/pedi. They should have called someone in if they are going to take walk ins. Not enough staff! It was annoying and not even dollar taken off but they were really sorry?

This was my first experience with gel nails so I was not familiar with the process. The lady grinded them down a bit and then shoved a fake nail under the gel to rip them off. She ripped one of my natural nails, and each nail is incredibly sensitive since they are all damaged from this process. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. Not worth your time or money.
