We love it here so much, the staff is very friendly and accommodating to your child's needs. We love getting the daily reports and the occasional pictures of activities she is doing. We also love that they provide good healthy meals. I would definitely recommend this center.

The staff engage the children with activities and give suggestions on what was noticed throughout the day. My daughter has made lots of friends and has really grown since attending BP Appleby. They send out daily reports, they take your phone calls on status updates as requested. The center is clean and the staff is friendly. I love the fact that they give details on your child when you pick them up. Definitely recommend them to family and friends.

My toddler loves his teachers and is well fed with healthy homemade food options. However, the centre (and the previous Burlington location) have lost expensive items even though labelled, given my child the wrong clothing during COVID and have ruined several of my child's clothes with some bleach product - harsh cleaners should not be used in daycares! ===== Update to this review: I appreciated the fast response from the director and head office regarding my concerns. Based on what they told me, it sounded like the stains were from cleaning solution on toys. Unfortunately the staff tried to say that the stains were already on the clothes which is impossible as we do not use bleach at home. I had hoped there would be more honesty and transparency about what was going on. However, the director did take action in ensuring that the cleaning solution would be appropriately diluted and that toys would be dried before use. He also provided compensation for the items which were damaged or lost which we appreciated. I hope that incidents in the future would be reported to us as mistakes happen but I did not appreciate having to write a review to have my concerns validated. We had pointed out some of these concerns previously without any action being taken.

There's was never a minute for 4+ years where I second guessed the integrity of the people looking after my children. One of my favourite things was watching Mr Matthew (Director) and all the teachers interacting with my kids while I was present because I could tell my kids were 100% comfortable and felt safe and loved and witnessing that first hand was always such a nice feeling. We will always be indebted to BrightPath Appelby for the experience, love and relationships they provided our family for several years.
