★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coach tommy helped both my kids enjoy skating, they both look forward to class rather than dread it. It’s not just him, all the helpers and staff are great. Love seeing all the young kids he coaches out helping the even younger kids gain a love for hockey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great introduction to skating that is playful and fun and effective that graduates to other classes that involve hockey skills. We love Coach Tommy techniques to encourage balance, getting back up, have fun and to not give up ! Pushing down pylons, scooping into shovels, chair trains. Plus packages allow you to go when you are able without fear of missing a class

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great learn to skate program on Sundays for the kids. Excellent Shooting and power skating classes. Coach Tommy is wonderful with kids of all ages. Ladies beginner and rec leagues have started and the ladies love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to go with friendly staff. During the winter I take my son to lessons and Coach Tommy does a great job (even if he is a Hab's Fan lol). During the summer he goes for a couple weeks of summer camp and loves it. Everyone is always friendly and my son had a great time. Very clean as well.

I had a credit of several classes from a package I bought. I wasn't told they expire after a year which is ridiculous. When I tried to use them, they agreed I could use them but covid hit and everything shut down. When I tried to use them after things opened up I was told they expired and my credits cancelled.
Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same issue with last review. Family member went in a couple years ago to purchase a gift card for my son. Employee said since my son is in their system to purchase a package as it is the same thing. It isn't the same thing and family member was not told there's an expiry. Gimmick worked and over $300 is taken by this company. I sent emails, they could not care less and stopped replying. Horrible horrible horrible. Run!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great 3v3 rink and league for beginners. Cleanest 3v3 rink I've ever been too and spacious rooms. Staff are very friendly and I love that you can get your skates sharpened here or buy tape, laces ect.
