★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased with their service. Contacted Heather in the office yesterday and told her of my limited schedule and timing. Today, her locksmith arrived on time as scheduled. He was a really nice guy, did the work as needed, had everything there with him or in the truck. Repaired what could be repaired and replaced what needed replacing. Very pleased with them. I was changing locks, rekeying, and repairing locks and doing adjustments to all locks around the house..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a repair done quickly as was trying to get out of town - Brightman's was awesome! Tech was to my place within 1/2 hour and ended up doing multiple repairs! Very professional and quality service. Very fair price as well. Would definitely call again. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What more could I ask for. Scott called before he arrived. Showed on time and was prepared and executed his job perfectly. He even brought 2 different sets of hardware to see which one I liked better. Which I thought was a nice touch. So thanks again Brightman and Scott. Great Job!!

He came to fix a broken mechanism preventing us from using our front door and explained the problem and process to repair. He didn’t just stop with the initial problem but noticed another improvement that could be made and replaced another part. I would definitely recommend this company.
