★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a Valor - Portrait series - President style gas fireplace from Bridlewood 14 years ago. It still looks and works perfect. No issues in 15 years. We use it everyday day in winter. We Highly recommend Valor and Bridlewood.

John was gracious enough to come by and look at the job and tell me of the simple parts/fixes that was needed to correct the installation. He had no obligation to come and look at it, but it really displays the professionalism and service that John and Bridlewood have for their customers. Thank you again for all the help!

Then Jason contacted me early to let me know he was on the way. Jason was very professional and informative. He performed the service and explained to me what he found. And he let me know what I could do in the future as far as maintenance goes that I can do myself. I would definitely recommend contacting Bridlewood for sales and service. Thanks again.
