I live at 230 Edward's drive and this company is so horrible! I cant understand why no one will return a call or email. Technology has come a long way and I thought it was super easy now to communicate?‍♂️ Anne, Tamara and Mark have all been ignoring me. I have safety concerns with my unit and I have already spent 500.00 out of pocket fixing them. I've noticed alot of people on here with the same issues and looking to get a petition going to have them removed come next contract signing. I think they are ignoring me as I am from the LGBT community.

ZERO STARS!! Avoid Bridgegate at all costs otherwise it will cost your property strife and disappointment over and over again. The Management company started out caring and worked at satisfying all our needs but it was all just for show. As the years passed with them, all we were getting out of Terry was a bill. We were paying for her to randomly answer emails, from owner and Board Members. Well, she did answer some, when it was something she didn't have to work at. The frustrations with Terry and Tamara outweigh anything they did for us. The lack of professionalism Terry displayed while attending our Board Meetings was a disgrace. She was unorganized, often late and even showed up intoxicated a few times, yes INTOXICATED!!. This is unacceptable and a company that continued to employ someone with that track record was no longer worth paying for. We have now parted ways, probably a year overdue. We gave Terry plenty of opportunities to rectify her performance, but she never did work hard enough at her job to keep us paying them. Minutes after this review was posted Tamara threatened to get lawyers involved because she wants me to amend my review or remove it. It's a review, something that Google invites anybody to post.

I am banging my head all over from last three weeks, getting no answer from this magnificent team. No body attends the phone, Nobody replies the emails. I was very luck to finally find the person who manages my condo complex. Felt luckiest ever person after talking to her. Now I am waiting from three weeks to get my problem sorted out but oooh gosh ??? --- the darkest ever blackout again.

very bad, stay away edit: they respond faster to Google reviews than their own clients who call/email/leave voicemail. the fact that they responded to this review but still have not returned messages / emails from weeks ago shows you all they care about is image, not service. but as we all can see their rating speaks for itself.

Complete frauds. Should be put in jail. I own a condo under their managment which cannot complete the simplest repairs. Why do I pay you? Will not return email and I am convinced were involved in an embezzlement scam on the units.

As a condo owner that required documents for the sale of my home, they were no help. I tried for several days to talk to someone on the phone but they never answer. They simply emailed me a link to a website and left me to figure it out on my own. And then I had to pay to download my documents. And if I paid MORE money, they would download even faster! How does that even work? The whole real estate industry needs to be gutted.

My personal experience with Bridgegate is short, but it should give you an idea of what is possible, should you enter a business relationship with this company. My experience is as follows — I purchased a condo in April 2021. I took possession of said condo in June 2021. Ten days after possession, I was given 24 HOURS NOTICE by Bridgegate Property Management that my garage driveway pad (the concrete at the entrance to my garage) would need to be torn up and re-poured. I was told that it was sinking, or at least the adjoining unit’s garage entry pads were, but this was not noticeable to me at the time. I was told by Bridgegate that this job would take 3-4 weeks to complete, weather permitting. Bridgegate then proceeded with the work the next day, but the trade doing the work encountered problems right away, work was halted, so all 4 units were left with torn up driveways, unable to access our garages. Okay fine, delays happen and problems arise, but… Months passed. July, August, September - it all came and went. From where I was sitting, there was no tangible sign that anything was getting done. Multiple emails were sent from my end to Bridgegate, some of which were practically ignored unless I emailed a bunch of people in Bridgegate’s office, or sent a followup after no response was achieved. After a while, Kim became much more responsive, but even that lacked consistency in the end. Many of the emails I sent to Bridgegate came back from Bridgegate with the same type of information (“we’re still waiting on XYZ…”). It felt like it was the same email they had sent last time I asked, written with different words, which to me, was suggesting that they were not managing this project with the focus that it very much required. Work on the garage pads stopped JULY 2. They only filled my driveway with road crush on NOVEMBER 3rd, to hold us through the winter. Our corporation had to spend more money to temporarily band-aid a problem that Bridgegate exacerbated by failing to properly manage this project through to completion within an adequate timeframe, forcing us into a situation where a band-aid solution was required. My driveway cannot be properly repaired until the spring/summer now. Ask yourself how it could possibly take 3/4 of a year to pour FOUR driveway entrance pads and then ask yourself if you’re comfortable with the prospect of being in our shoes. That’s the degree of service you need to consider when deciding whether you’d like to hire this company to manage your condo and/or your investment. Further, Bridgegate has been advised at least a couple of times that siding has fallen off two of our buildings during storms this summer. I was in a zoom AGM (months ago) where Bridgegate was advised (again), but here we are in the end of November - no repairs have been made. It’s just one strip too, on two buildings. In the same AGM, another owner complained that an issue with mold had still not been resolved, many months after it had been investigated and, I believe, confirmed to be present. Imagine being the person in that situation… My last email to Bridgegate, sent to Kim B. on Nov 17, 2021 still has not been answered. (It’s now December 1st). We terminated our agreement with them at the end of November. I assume the fact they ignored my last attempts to reach them is because we fired them, and I suppose that’s fair on their part. I’m sure Bridgegate will respond to this as they are entitled to and seem to do so regularly, but please remember that when you look to reviews of a business, product, or a service, you’re looking for unbiased first hand experiences to help you make a decision… so here you have it. This was my experience.

This is a Management Company that is better described as A mismanagement company. Their inability to direct the condo board has resulted in a minuscule reserve fund. There are peaces of siding falling off all over the complex. Dead plants, broken gates, retaining walls failing. When built they sold for $335k (plus tax) with unfinished basements, now 5 years later they are selling for $280 with a finished basement. So please do use this company of you want a plethora of supercilious excuses, and property devaluation. “To take direction? Huh! Them please explain the tearing out of the drive pads with out board approval, and no money to replace them or proper quotes. Also I suspect you do not need approval to replace the siding falling off the buildings. Since I was signed on as a co-signer to the accounts, I was NEVER ASKED in 18 months to sign anything… I suspect a one star was generous! One only has to look at your positive reviews to realize many of them are “one time only” reviews which is highly suspicious, as reviewers seldom only leave one review and then never review again. UPDATE: the condo complex removed this company as our representative
