Ian a little early but we were ready and after a brief discussion he set to work. Cut down our Mantle so he could mount our tv above and be able to lower it to a comfortable viewing height and safety above the gas fireplace. What an admirable he did. We are so happy with all the work done and information imparted that will enhance our overall enjoyment of our home. Thank you so much Ian.

I had a gas fireplace insert installed by Bridge Woodworks and am very pleased with their service. I shopped around carefully and chose Bridge not only for their prices but also for the way I was treated. B.J. at the Tyner showroom was very informative and helped me decide on a unit that had a few attractive incentives. Daryl came to the house a day later and explained the procedure after inspecting the site. He was friendly, professional and reassuring. I was able to have the insert installed earlier than planned because of a cancellation. Ian came to the house and worked hard to install the unit in just over 7 hours. He was also professional and friendly. He made sure I was comfortable with the unit's operation before he left. We were able to enjoy the fireplace insert that evening and we just love it. I had a few questions a few days later and visited the Kingsway showroom where Daryl's daughter provided all the information I needed. She was pleasant and friendly and went out of her way to make sure I had all the data I needed. Bridge was recommended to me by a friend who had a similar positive experience. I don't hesitate to give my unconditional recommendation to anyone who is thinking about getting a gas fireplace insert for an existing wood fireplace.

I had used Bridge Woodworks to install my fireplace over two years ago. Recently, it was not working and I had to get it serviced. Tried to call these people at Woodworks but they did not answer their phone. I finally got a hold of Daryl via email and we had setup a maintenance date where I had to wait for Ian from Abbottsford to show up at 9:00am. He showed up around 11:30am – more than two hours late. He looked at the fireplace and determined that the gas output was too high (required a regulator – this should really had been done during the installation) and the flame sensor needs to be replaced. So he ordered the parts and said he will have to come back when the parts arrive. That was January 9/20. It is now January 23/20, and I still do not have an install date. Frustrating to say the least. If you are purchasing a fireplace from these guys, I strongly suggest to look elsewhere as they do not have any concept of post product support. Also, when I first purchased the fireplace (not sure how I ever got through on the phone with them) their service was mediocre to say the least.

We just recently had Bridges Team out to do a small size renovation on our home including replacing two old gas fireplaces. We are very pleased how from start to finish that they met every deadline because we had many other trades to deal with. They removed our existing kitchen cabinets and replaced them with all new beautiful painted doors. We love our soft close hinges and drawers aswell. Daryl had quite a few good ideas with the kitchen that we went and we are happy we did. The fireplaces look awesome and work great. I would surely recommend bridge for their kind of one stop shop qualities

Contacted Bridge Woodworks looking for a part from an older model Regency fireplace that broke while doing maintenance. Gayle was able to help us promptly and we were able to pick up the item from the manufacture the next day. Very happy with the dealer ( Bridge Woodworks) and glad we purchased a Regency fireplace.

We are disappointed in the service we have received. We have made at last four calls as well as a visit to their showroom in an effort to receive a quote on getting a new gas fireplace installed. Someone came out to our home to look at what they could do and then we were told to expect a quick follow up quote. After three calls over about a month after the visit and promises to get back to us in an hour, before the end of the day... crickets. Poor, sorry, no response.

I was very pleased with the workmanship and quality of the service. Daryl and Ian never failed to reply to my phone calls and they did a lovely job. Would definitely recommend.

I actually think one star is too much to give this company. Daryl runs the company, but a very very poor Professional Practice. Phone calls are not returned , phone text messages not answered. Days set up to come but have had several no shows!!! Communication what is that? This company will lie to you and then run away, not accountable. I would hire another company one that actually has better accountability and professional practice Very disappointed This company is a joke
