This is a first home purchase for us and we appreciated Brian's patience and professionalism guiding us through the process. Brian's always on top of things, arranging showings, following up with listing agents, reviewing documents and giving us debriefs. Above all the qualities of Brian, I would mention a few: diligent, detail oriented and honest. He is also not pushy (as most of the realtors are these days) and he walks the "extra mile" for his clients. โ โ โ โ โ Brian, who sold our home in North Vancouver, was, quite frankly, amazing! He constantly kept us up to date with developments, and responded promptly to any questions we had. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he promptly found someone who did. He suggested numerous simple ways to improve the appeal of the property, and we were very happy with the trades people he recommended for painting, cleaning, and yard care. We moved out of the house early on in order to facilitate showings during the pandemic, and he monitored the property closely and ensured that it looked its best before every showing. He was industrious & creative in finding potential buyers, and in the end got a higher price for us than anyone else thought possible. We would not hesitate to recommend him or hire him again.
