I called Bryan's plumbing about a possible toilet leak in the morning and they were at the apartment within 2 hours to check out the problem. Their service was exceptional and I will definitley use them again in the future.

I have had Brian’s guys out to fix work done in our furnace that another company messed up, repair our water pressure valve then replace it again under warranty, and service our broken furnace. This last time they serviced our hot water heater and the plumber left in a bit of a hurry and neglected to light the pilot light, so Brian himself skipped his dinner and came over to light it himself - and did not issue me an invoice for any of the work until a few days later when we were sure that the problem had been fully addressed. From experience, I have never been caught unaware of unexpected or high costs; the repair costs have all been fair. Moreover, they could have upsild me in a replacement tank, but chose not to.

Have used Brian to service our furnace for many years and have nothing but good things to say. Reliable, honest and trusted.

Brian's Plumbing is fantastic. They are quick to help in emergency situations, reasonably priced and honest. They don't believe in "hard selling" new plumbing/furnaces, and are happy to fix older furnaces and plumbing. We've had bad experiences with other plumbing and heating companies in the past (for example, there is a company locally that overcharges, then makes you register for a "discount plan" with a monthly fee to reduce the bill) so we were really happy to find Brian's. We trust them, and won't use any other company for plumbing, furnace maintenance and repairs. Their communication is excellent and they can provide quotes with different options for plumbing or furnace upgrades based on your budget. Highly recommended.

I renovated my Townhouse and asked for a quote for a gas line install and plumbing installation which included rerunning new water lines and doing rough-in of plumbing and final fixture install. They came and gave me a quote, first problem was at no time did they say they would charge for the quote, next they upcharged the labour rate at a higher rate. After adjustment they proceeded with the work which was basically a disaster from wires cut to charging me for time when they were next door doing a quote, and I can go on as there was so many mistakes. Then to top it off when they sent the bill the amount was substantially higher like they ignored the quote as there was only 1 minor change and that was paid. After a few heated discussions which Brian the owner brought up again the last time we met, the final fixture install was no better with sloppy work done by the owner and other staff such as taps not straight, leaks, outside tap pointing up and not a frost free tap (froze last winter! and lines in house!!). On this point I called and they said they would come out and fix to this date they never called or came out. I hire another plumber to fix and install properly and they did comment on the other work that it was poorly done, but to fix would be very costly now. So all in all I would never recommend or use and Actually if I had time I would take them to small claims court for both the lack of warranty service and work. TERRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!! REPLY TO RESPONSE: Responding to Ken (not owner) your comments are totally incorrect first of all I never said I was happy. The service was bad and continued and since I talked to you personally about the frozen pipes and you assured me you would be right out and you never came! Some Warranty! You did not comment on this? funny how that is and the 2 leaks not correct I paid for 1 and you /your office girl refused to send anyone and it was just 4:30 when I called and it was not a leak as Angus did Not disconnect the water lines he was suppose to which caused the problem! Also you did NOT substantially reduce your price you honored your quote and that is it and even then it took numerous arguments. And i still had to straighten out taps and other items plus the cost of the other Plumber, and reach out I did when the pipes froze which got me no where!!

I used Brian’s Plumbing to help me completely renovate the house I recently bought. They were very reasonable and gave me quotes of how much I roughly would be spending. The workers that came to help out were very polite and cleaned up after they were finished. They were on time and were very pleasant to speak to. Very quick and efficient with their work. Everything has been running amazing and I’ve had zero problems with the plumbing. This was a great business, I recommend!!
