Service at this place is horrible. At the time of purchase of our couch (end of mat), the salesman promised that we could have our couch on the 4th of july since we were moving on the 1st... we call the week before to confirm the date and they say that the date wasn't booked because we can't actually book the date more than a month in advance. The manager we talked to didn't seem to care that his staff lied. After a while of arguing, he finally agreed to have it delivered. Come the 7th, the couch gets delivered... minus a leg. We couldn't call the delivery guys (hired externally by brault) because we didn't have a number and when we finally reached their customer service, they couldn't reach them either.. it took them a week to confirm that they'd ordered the missing leg and another month for it to get delivered. I will definitely not be going back there again and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Disappointed to say the least. Was shopping for a 32" TV. Second visit to B&M and one phone call later, even the demonstrator which I wanted to buy(!!!!) was GONE. "Discontinued" I was told. "So, where's the demonstrator I offered to purchase here in the store last week and again on the phone??" "Oh, we sold that.", answered an incompetent salesman. Excuse, "Covid 19". Really. The demo must have died from Corona Virus and is now in electronics heaven!!?

Poor customer service. Didn't get appliances when promised. I refused to take them and the staff did not care to keep my business. I went to service de l'estrie and got the best service. Never setting foot in this place again. Scammers on warranty told us they were only guaranteed 90 days when the manufacturer offers a one-year warranty they tried to sell the extra warranty for $300 more.

A good place to find what you need! Always fast service and no interprets and you don’t have to buy a store credit card either! I’ve purchased a washer and dryer set as well as living room furniture and more recently a new fridge all is deliver free of charge and on time! Very professional staff, I have no doubt the next time I need something new I’ll be sure to check out the deals here first.

Terrible service! Waited 20 minutes in line due to their covid restriction, apparently masks and hand sanitizer aren't enough, you also need adult supervision. If you are going to treat people this way you should at least be able to serve them in a timely manner. We watch 5 couples turn around and walk out, we did the same. extremely disappointing experience!

Truly disappointed by Brault & Martineau. I bought a bed set for over cad 2k, and whoever put the items together did not follow basic quality standard; not only the instructions manual was missing, but after i drove for half an hour to the store, got the friendly sales man to find the manual on the floor model, it was missing couple first pages. I took picture of whatever i found there. Got home to assemble the thing and found the sides to be mixed up, the hooks not pre-assembled the way they were supposed to be...a big mess!! The support is not available on the phone. I will think very well before buying from here in the future. Now i ended up with a bunch of heavy useless stuff in my bedroom, that i can’t assemble, i can’t complain about because i got delivery on Friday afternoon , and by the time i figured all this out it was late to call the support, late to call the store..and i guess i will just have to wait for the whole weekend before i can speak to someone or fix this issue. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Edit: even though it took awhile (from my perspective) to fix the issue, but i feel it would be just fair to edit my initial review to give the product and the company the credit they deserve. Product is definitely one of the best quality products i have had. and the service, though it took time, but it finally arrived and the initial issue got fixed. Thank you for your help and sorry for both of us to have experienced this in the first place. I hope i won't have to experience this again in the future :-)

Good customer service, good staff in stores, good item quality. The terms of refund, customer satisfaction & exchange are really ''On Point'' (Often errors during delivery, when there are many pieces, but they always fix the situation.) aside, the senior employees at the entrance should force themselves to make us believe at least the slightest that they like their jobs.
