★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a used car part place I figured that they would be relatively helpful. I was quite disappointed regarding not only their communication but also customer service.
Was looking for a replacement part on one of thier parts vehicle, I called in spoke with a lady who advised me they had the part... and that she would get back to me regarding price.
I followed up the following business day and was told they didn't have a decision yet. Finally called back today as I never heard back from them yet... to which they replied they were keeping the part for their own project.
This wouldn't have been a big deal if they would've just communicated this. Instead I was under the impression that we had the part secured, and now we are out both options ... appreciate the wasted time.... speaks volumes.
We are now ordering new, after almost a week delay.
Appreciate it!

No one within a 1000 miles beats them for used t1N sprinter parts.
If they don't pick up the phone call them back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in search of 1 ton dodge 3500 parts, Found exactly what I was searching for, the staff where super friendly and helpful. I even bought the wrong headlight and made it to the gas station before I noticed it was wrong .
Phoned the lady let her know I grabbed the wrong one, she said turn around and come exchange it for the right one. overall a very pleasant exchange.
I'll be going back this week for a battery holder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a set of headlight assemblies for a Ford Econoline van last month. Their prices were similar to other part yards I called around Alberta but being local I didn’t need to pay for shipping. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend calling or email ahead because they may not have the parts available at that moment. In my case their mechanic had gone home for the day but they called as promised the next morning and I was able to pick up the parts shortly after. Will look to Brar Brothers for future used parts purchases
