The puncture was near the outside of the tire meaning it had to be replaced the car had directional winter tires on it so naturally we asked for a directional winter tire to match. They gave us a non directional summer tires and charged us over $200 for it. Later that year I took my truck for an undercoating. After they worked on it it had a strange noise in the right rear tire. After taking off the hub caps I found a dog rattle inside the hub cap. I'd never take my truck for service here again even if it was life or death!
