I used the services of Brampton Cosmetic to get laser hair removal on my face. From the consultation to actually performing the service, these guys did an amazing job! Priscilla was easy to talk too and made me feel super comfortable while doing my treatments. I was nervous because I hadn’t done laser hair removal before so I wanted to do it at a professional clinic and these guys were just that, very professional. Great job guys! I will definitely be using your services again for any cosmetic needs I have and I would highly recommend this clinic!

I first went to Brampton Cosmetic because my family doctor referred me there to remove a mole. I met with the Dr. Sleightholm and he was very informative and honest as to what he could do for me. While I was there I thought why not inquire about my skin as it is also something I have been very self conscious about. I met with a lovely lady she listen to my concerns and explained to me a few options on what I can do to improve my skin. I told her I would have to think about it and that I wanted the mole taken care of first. After the mole was taken off I started with my skin care plan and I am so glad I did my skin looks and feels amazing. Three years later I still go to Brampton Cosmetic they are like me beauty family. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I am also so happy to have them now help me on my mommy-makeover journey.

I recently had a breast reduction surgery ( about 9 weeks ago) and have to admit that I expected far better after care than I have received. I spoke with the doctor by phone about 24 hours after the surgery and I felt good. I went to the clinic for a follow-up one week later and was disappointed that the nurse simply snapped a few photos and sent me on my way. In the weeks that followed I had several questions but decided to wait for the 6-week follow-up appointment where I would hopefully be able to speak to speak to the doctor. I was very anxious on the day of the appointment- I had many questions to ask and rushed from work to arrive on time. I waited in a room, wearing a paper gown for 30 minutes without seeing anyone. Finally, I got re-dressed and told the reception assistant that I would need to reschedule. She was very short with me, simply saying that the doctor was behind and that I should just wait. She could not tell me how much longer he would be. She said that his next available appointment was 8 weeks away but would not schedule anything. She asked for an e-mail and said she would send me a date. That was more than 2 weeks ago. I have not received a phone call or an e-mail. The decision to have this surgery was very difficult and I do not regret having the procedure. The side effects I am experiencing are difficult and unsettling but I have decided to reach-out to my family doctor. At this point I feel disappointed in myself for not getting specific details on what I could expect in terms of follow-up care. I believed that the cost of the surgery would include care beyond the actual surgery date. My experience was not positive.

I Received the ear repair procedure at this clinic. I am overall very impressed with the results. My left ear lobe was stretched and I wanted it fixed for personal reasons. I am very glad that I came to the clinic. I would highly recommend their services.

Over our life time we have to see many different practitioners to keep us healthy and happy. Doctors, Dentists, Nurses, Radiologists, Homeopath professionals and the list go on. We see these individuals with usually a team of people behind them to help run the office and take care of patient needs and concerns. I, as well as everyone else have seen many offices in my time here trying to keep myself well. I have never , ever had such an incredible experience with any Doctor or office as I have until I walked through the doors of Dr. Sleightholm and his team of absolutely excellent staff. I came in for four procedures , but one surgery. I needed a tummy tuck, a 360 tummy tuck, lipo-suction and the repair of the top muscles that were damaged by pregnancy on the upper stomach. All to be done in one shot. The staff, were not only friendly, they made you feel like you knew them forever. The Doctor came in, looked at me with an “artist’s eye”. You see, I knew what I needed but this was not my forte of work. So this was the responsibility of the Doctor, to “direct” what would be the best route to achieve what I was looking for. He made suggestions, explained everything in a way that was clear, concise and thorough. He was going to help me achieve EXACTLY what I wanted with realistic expectations. After all, we are dealing with the human body, so nothing is 100%. However, the depth of his skills could be seen through his previous patients before and after pictures. The confidence, concentration and complete and precise thorough examination told me , this is the surgeon. This is my Doctor. There’s a wisdom with this practitioner that can be felt through you when he’s with you. Just as a side note, I had seen 4 other Plastic Surgeons for opinions before Dr. Sleightholm. I knew what I was looking for. Non of them had this bedside manner that made you certain, you were in the right hands, on all levels. Without going into every little detail, from start to finish this is an experience that I will look back on as the single most wonderful, well taken care of successful medical procedure(s) I have ever been through. The incisions are perfect, the work is nothing less than the work of a “gifted eye” and a “exceptional artist”. One thing I would like to make sure I say here is an example of the dedication of this Doctor. The Doctor had a conference out of the country during my early recovery time. During that time I had an issue with one of my pain pills. I needed a new prescription. I texted Dr. Sleightholm and he responded in less than three minutes. The Doctor proceeded to take upon himself getting in touch with my family Doctor here (back in Toronto) to work quickly in making sure that a new prescription was written and given immediately. I was number one, even know he wasn’t here. Bottom line, I am a retired medical professional. I have seen a lot of different offices, also a lot of different staff teams. This was unique, this was an office filled with superb people and an exquisite surgeon on every level. I would like to say thank you. To each and every person in that office, you all played a role in the journey that changed my life. I will recommend this office to every single person I know. A very happy patient. N.C

Have had my under eyes and cheeks filled serval times with Dr S. and have LOVED the results! Respect his and Stephanie’s opinion greatly. I have always done what they have suggested. Also been using ZO products for a year or so now and cannot believe the transformation in my skin. They explained in great detail how I was to use them and the results have been amazing.Texture has smoothed and so luminous it’s unbelievable and I have acne scars! Have had many compliments on my skin. Thank you!!!!

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to after my experience. I went to another medical spa for a first treatment for PRP and it was painful. The Brampton Cosmetic Surgery Center advised me that the MeLine peel would be better for me to start and they were right. It was only slightly stingy and I felt pain during the extractions, but it was easier. What blew me away though was their level of customer service. They made me feel welcome, stayed with me during the whole process and built a relationship with me. Yes, they are a little more expensive than the first place I went to and did not have nearly as good customer service as this place. The other place I went to left me on my own and I couldn't find them after the first consultation to ask more questions. Pricilla brought me into a room on the first consultation and talked me through each procedure and what was best and didn't leave until all my questions are answered. Definitely coming back.
