★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a chamber member for years and since the beginning of my business, I was looking for an inexpensive health & extended benefits offering I could have for myself and my staff. I reached out to Bryon years ago and have never looked any other way since.
Jason, Bryon and their entire team at BPGS have been instrumental in helping me with my employee retention, keeping my recruiting and HR costs down through offering benefits to my staff.
Their team regularly checks-in with me and my biz to see how things are going, chat about the state of our business and see if there is anything within their offering, skillsets and even just general consulting advice based around their knowledge of business.
Not to mention, with how confusing health benefits can be to navigate, anytime I'm not sure of ANYTHING (this happens often with staff questions about various benefit coverages), they have ALWAYS been a call away.
Honestly, you get more than just "benefits" from a "provider". It honestly feels like they are a part of my team and on my team.
They've all been truly awesome. I can't recommend them enough. Seriously. Such a great and caring team.
