Ordered food using skip the dish app.
The estimated time was 50 min and after 1h30 I had not received anything.
The restaurant could not give me any explanation.
My card was charged and the order status was changed to delivered when they know nothing was received. The driver suppose to pick up my order was there more than 30 mins without anything being ready and taken care off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all this is Basha(Basha poulet frit), not a new restaurant. I went to the place the other day, they will tell you that the wait is 15 minutes, but in reality it's 35 to 40 minutes(unacceptable!!). The chicken was dry. Honestly, you could get better fried chicken @IGA. Please stick to shish taouk sandwiches, as fried chicken is not your forte!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located inside the Basha restaurant, they have their own style of fried chicken with sides.
First time in a long time I enjoyed super crispy chicken that's not greasy as well as very hot from the first bite to the last. Gravy was delish with the roasted chicken broth flavor. French fries are the coated type with a crispy coating.
Cabbage side salad was refreshing with a touch of vinegar and sugar on the palate. ???? 4 Yummy emojis for this discovery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. Had item missing called the restaurant and they said no more to bad so sad. Started laughing and hung up on me. Never ordering there again and everyone should do the same order somewhere the chicken was just like their service horrible.
