★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, spotless clean rooms, the checkin and checkout were very easy, the cell phone in the room was a great feature which we used to communicate with the staff and as well as a travel guide using apps such google maps and transit, also Free data and free calls! :) Would highly recommend to family and friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was amazing - I loved the small kitchenette area and living room the most. I was there for a convention and it was awesome to come back to an apartment within a hotel every evening. Had so many thoughtful things - like contact lens solution and toothbrushes and plates and knives. Can't beat the location - 5 min walk to the water, close to bars and restos, right downtown. Across from burrard station and close to Vancouver city centre. There was a daily housekeeping girl - Joanna who was very sweet to talk to. She also gave me some insights to some places of interest.
Upon reservation, they provide a very comprehensive welcome email that clearly outlined everything I needed to know. Arrival and check-in was very smooth. All the room amenities worked well. Room was very clean and wifi worked well. This location is only 500m to the Vancouver Convention Centre. Also where the very long seawall running path and cycling path starts. Its about 2.5km to Stanley Park, an awesome running route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrating to have experienced "gotcha" fee on cancellation week in advance. I booked through service specifically to have free cancellation up to a week in advance, canceled one week in advance, charged over $300 for that. Property manager had no interested in anything other than a "talk to the hand" attitude that was basically "drop dead -- that's our policy". I'm very disappointed by shockingly indifferent, poor service and am only comforted that this is the last money they'll ever receive from me. I would urge others to not risk being subject to their indifferent service and aggressive fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing stay... We had a wonderful time at Boutique Suites Vancouver. The suites were better than expected with a level of detail one would only find in a luxurious house. Thankyou very much for the wine. My wife and myself sipped it and thanked you on the evening we checked in.
A big thankyou to the staff as well as they were very polite and helpful with our bags and giving us local directions every-time we stepped out. Next time we come to Vancouver, we know where to stay... :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The accomodations are within, but not part of LeSolei hotel. You must use the LeSolei check in desk... and they treat you very differently. I'd describe it as treating you with contempt. The room itself is laughably awful. First, it's dirty. Dust everywhere and on every surface. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls in several locations. The bathroom, simply put, is in a terrible state of disrepair: shower faucet doesn't work well, mispatched wallpaper holes in the wall... the ceiling is dirty and in disrepair. For some reason there are slips of paper thanking "John" for such wonderful accommodations taped to the wall. Seriously. Overall an actually awful room not worth anywhere close to the price we are paying. When I contacted John about all of the above he acknowledged that he was aware of everything I found unacceptable. He made no effort to remedy the situation.
TL;DR
Dirty room in poor repair. Owner knows and does not care. Gave him the feedback prior to review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't read any other reviews prior to staying, so for me, I compared this to past hotel rooms that I reserved. In my opinion, this is a top notch 3-star room, especially where most other 3-star rated rooms have basic furnishings. The room I stayed in felt like the furnishings were upgraded. The sofa could have been a little more comfortable, but everything else was excellent. Water in the shower was hot and pressure was great, which is a plus for me! Location is really good, too, as it was an easy walk to the convention center and to many restaurants and bars.
