★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place with nice view from the Boulevard lake fishway.
There is a nearby dam named Boulevard lake dam. Public are allowed to walk over the dam. One side of the dam is very good looking and is dedicated for jogging.
People are not allowed to swim near the dam. Reaching there is quite easy by transit by catching bus No.1 to current river.
Visiting during summer and fall will be great.
Even during winter when I visited, it is awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand the numerous positive comments about this place. Perhaps the location has only degraded recently. When I visited the lake in the summer, there was no lake. There wasn't even a river. There were a couple of sad rivulets. Everything looked muddy and dirty. People had disposed of their garbage here as well. There were even tires in the basin. I would even go as far and say that this could be a dangerous place for kids to play around. This place needs some serious improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The walkway around the lake is absolutely beautiful~it's only approximately 5km walk~us walker's were wearing masks and keeping our 2 meter social distancing~everyone is so friendly☺~it's fun-filled walk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Playground is awesome for kids, but the beach is now very small and very stinky from all the bird poo! Do Not take your kids to go swimming here! Also the trails are excellent for walking, biking and roller blading.
