I tend to do comprehensive research before purchasing items that I will be consuming – especially when it comes to products I use on my body. The establishment's wide variety of local Canadian products and top-picked merchandise makes my life easier – much easier! From the moment I browsed their website, to the moment the B-BOX arrives at my door - the presentation on delivery, everything depicts the company's true religion. I personally ordered The Hair Love – tailored through the company's BYOB service & The Morning Hustle Coffee Kit. Both essentials to me. I am genuinely impressed with the detail & time this company takes in picking the right products to showcase on their platform. Thank you, Daniella & team. My sister LOVED the gifts (great quality and style), I’m just disappointed that it took so long to be sent and delivered. I’ll order well in advance next time!

Please be aware if you purchase the BYOB, it doesn't come with the items in the display photo - just the box, tissue/crinkle paper, and personalized postcard. I ended up returning the box as I thought it came with the items in the display photo, and $20 for just the box was a little out of my price range. Boujee Box was completely understanding, refunded me for everything including shipping, and had a driver pick up the box from my house that same night. They also took my suggestion to clarify on the website that the box didn't come with the other items in the display photo. Overall, this has probably been the best customer service experience I have ever had. If you're looking for a gift for someone and want to support local businesses, Boujee Box is a wonderful choice. While they are a bit on the pricier end, the products are high quality and they're a great option for that special someone you want to spoil.
