Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

So ,when they couldnt make it ontime instead of calling ME ....they called MY GIRLFRIEND, to tell her that they would just leave the flowers OUTSIDE, in the COLD.... So not only did they RUIN THE SURPRISE, but the flowers were left OUTSIDE in the COLD WEATHER , for HOURS!!! Thanks so much, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE... First and LAST TIME!!!!

Then when I saw a picture of it , it was nothing like I had ordered it looked like they had stuck a bunch of flower into a vase. Even the colours were wrong they were to be a cotton candy colours and it turned out to be red. NOT VERY HAPPY

The actual arrangement was not accurate to the photo in any way, nor was any pride of work apparent. It was lacking symmetry, greenery and had just a few small, very low quality blooms. It certainly did not seem to coincide with the "deluxe" arrangement pricing. The very next day, the roses in the arrangement died. Safe to say we wont be making any future purchases here. It's the thought that counts, it's just too bad this thought was such a waste of money and caused my hubby a bit of embarassment.
H	Hue Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don’t write reviews but I was very shocked and unhappy with this floral place My bf bought me a surprise floral from this place and it was exactly like how the other 2 reviews said they didn’t delivered until the end of the day and the flowers look like they just threw in a bunch of roses in to a vase just like how you would get flowers from Costco and did it yourself at home even then I think Costco flower looks better and cheaper than what my bf payed for. What a Waste of money!! Definitely wouldn’t Recommend this place.

Initially when I ordered they mentioned they couldn’t deliver the flowers by the end of the day – my wife getting off early afternoon. I was initially upset and postponed the date till Monday knowing my wife would be fine getting flowers any day of the year. I went on with my day. I got a phone call just after 1 PM, same day from the delivery man saying that he is at my wife’s office. She got her flowers. Very impressed with this company going out of their way to ensure the delivery was timely.

The photos show what the arrangement was supposed to look like, and what I received (I specifically asked for sunflowers to be added). While it did arrive a bit later than expected, it was worth the wait because it’s gorgeous. With arrangements like this, you still need to keep them watered, even though they’re in floral foam, so a daily top up with water and mist should keep them alive for a while to come.
