★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Chateauguay, however I go to the Botanix in Mercier. They are more helpful and take their time with you. We tried in Chateauguay and I felt I was bothering them with my questions. We purchased our three trees which they planted, plus bushes and flowers in Mercier. All our mulch and decorative rocks too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanna give a 0 but my husband insists I give it a 1 because we got everything we needed. Very bad customer service. The cashier was talking on the phone for 10 minutes and we asked to pay. She turned her back and kept talking on the phone. We asked if we could pay again and she walked away and kept talking on the phone.
