★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valentines Day Supper 2022. Ordered medium pepperoni heart shaped pizza & half cesar salad. Waited about 20 minutes to pick up inside the restaurant as it was their busy time but they seemed unprepared, unorganized, understaffed. Got the pizza, went home to eat it although by this time I was worried about how long the pizza had been sitting before they gave it to me. I was right, the pizza was burnt, cold, pepperoni was uneven on the pizza, meaning, one piece had none, another piece had a bunch. I’m not usually picky but this pizza was the worst I’ve ever had. For the price of it, it was not worth it, didn’t eat it, thru it out, overpriced for what it was. Disappointed. The 1 star is only because they did make a pizza & the salad was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! We had a mishap with our delivery order to our hotel room for my birthday. (Boston pizza never knew this) so we had a room full of hungry people! The wrong pizza was accidentally sent out but Larry fixed it for us right away and even upgraded the pizza to a large. On the plus side we got to try a new pizza that we have never had! Thanks Larry!
