β β β β β We got there at a great time and service was personable & helpful. Food was pretty quick and super yum! I got a 3 item appetizer plate and it was definitely a good n size portion for me (with some leftovers to share) My hubby got the jambalaya and was very pleased. We left with full tummies & smile on our faces!

β β β β β Went to this location for a early dinner. Group of three with one 4 year old. Ordered a meal off kids menu, a onion soup and a chicken meal. Tried paying for meals with a gift card. Staff came back and said that he was unable to use gift card due to kids eat free promo and that it must be cash/debit. Asked for him to remove the promo and then use the gift card and he refused. Isnβt a gift card same as cash????? Staff was very unfriendly. Will not return

β β β β β I went in mid afternoon to avoid a large number of people sharing the same air. That worked out. I sat in a booth and it was quite cold. Cold enough that I had to put on my coat to feel warm.
I ordered my soft drink with no ice and my meal with specific sides. My drink arrived with ice and the sides were not correct. During the worst of the pandemic, this was one of the few dishes I would order and go and get. It also appears that the sides are not being built the same way they were, even during the pandemic.
The attention I received from the wait staff was appropriate but the order was not correct. Since there were two other parties there and myself, I'm not sure what the problem was.

β β β β β This place is one of those places where the staff will provide you extra ordinary help to get through your order if you are new to the menu. Also their veggies are fresh and pizzas are well cooked. Staff is very very friendly and polite. Love eating here

β β β β β The hospitality of the manager (Indy) was incredible. He brought us a jug of our drink after we got our spicy food. The service was great. I would definitely come back again :) Thank you Indy for making our visit great

β β β β β Great place except I had forgotten my child's big coloring book I got from shopping prior to dinner. The waitress was great put it behind the bar for me and told me I had until midnight. I arrived at 11:40pm and the doors were locked I called and could actually see the manager/supervisor answer and basically said no we're closed about 3 times but I wouldn't take no for an answer like how hard is it to pass me a book at the door. No customer appreciation there, I will not be going back.

β β β β β I have been dining here for almost 10 years at this location with a group of friends. There have been a few servers that have been amazing and some that we refused to have service from. As a larger group, we can be pretty demanding so it might not be all the server's fault. The dining area is like all other BPs. Some of the benches are broken and never seem to get fixed. The area is normally clean and I don't mind sitting for a few hours. Host are pleasant when they greet you, most servers are friendly and fun. Andrew has been an amazing to deal with since Ron has moved away. Food is nothing special, normally comes out warm and correct to order. Prices are starting to get high for the quality and quantity of the food. Been eating here forever and will probably keep doing it.

β β β β β So decided on the spot to stop in. Food was nothing to write home about.
The portion size was great.
The bathroom had sticky floors and the toilets where dirty/ full. Told the manager and he was on it quick.
The service our waitress seemed nice but we rarely saw her. Had to wait forever to get our bill because it needed manager approval to remove the kids meal. Not sure I will be back to this location.
Also saw a family leave without even ordering due to not getting any attention from the waitresses
