★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calling their Tool Rental number goes directly to some relaxing music, and then after about 30 seconds you get a message saying "The party has disconnected". Also, when you do a search on the Home Depo website it does not list the Phone Number to the Tool Rental Department, and the Voicemail system does not list the Tool Rental Department as an option. So it's hard to find the number to call to see if a tool is available, and then impossible to get through. That's a very lame way to run a business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've rented from Home Depot all across the country some 75 or more times. This place "hands down" is THE WORST PLACE TO RENT FROM. Renting a concrete drill they have sparse information as to which drill is appropriate for which bit sizes etc. On top of it the staff were belligerent, uncooperative and condescending.
If you want to.see how the information for the various concrete drills is done better then look up the gateway Blvd location as I am posting a photo there too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tool/van rental is always pretty good. I find their equipment to be pretty decent shape, not the best or the newest, but it tends to do the trick.
If renting a van, make sure to take pics and videos of the condition of the vehicle.
I have probably rented 10 or so pieces of equipment and 10 separate van rentals for use. They are always really good at the customer service. A bit on the slower side for timing and paper work, but everything ends up being okay in the end.
